This has been a long time coming. I'm really excited to see some action at these properties. The sooner buildings go up here, the better. Although, Avalon has a history of throwing these buildings up pretty quick. Look at how fast the Avalon Fort Greene went up. I blinked and there were people moving in, Quite amazing when you have the funding to get something done.

I've heard speculation that they might have Brooklyn's first Whole Foods as an anchor tenant at this location when they build the Avalon Willoughby West building.
