Bouley alum and former Bar Blanc executive chef César Ramirez will
close his chef’s counter connected to Brooklyn Fare from July 1-8 for
remodeling, to expand the space from 12 to 18 seats. When the counter
reopens later in July, he will also be cooking his prix fixe tasting
menu seven nights a week.
I wish this guy would also open another nice restaurant downtown with a more traditional menu. We would love to patronize it.
